New Service to Luanda
MACS Maritime Carrier Shipping GmbH & Co is glad to announce the extension of their MPP Liner Service to connect with the port of Luanda.
The port is served with every vessel on the southbound voyage with regular and direct sailings every fortnight.
Being the first port of call after completion of loading in Europe, the service will offer the fastest transit time in the market from Hamburg (23/24 d), Antwerp (18/19 d) and Leixoes (13/14 d).
The export cargo from Luanda to Europe will be transshipped via the port of Walvis Bay to connect with the MACS northbound service.
Coastal cargo can be shipped with fast and reliable transit times from Luanda to ports in Namibia, South Africa and Mozambique.
The MACS vessels will call in Luanda at Sogester Terminal. Beside using MACS owned containers (dry van, open tops, flat racks, reefer) our clients can ship with us also breakbulk cargo (vehicles, project cargo, steel products). The vessels employed in the service have a maximum lifting capacity of 240 mts and hatch opening of 36 m. MACS is represented in Luanda by Supermaritime.
The first sailing from Europe is performed by MV Blue Master II v.261208 loading Hamburg 26th March, Antwerp 2nd April and Leixoes 7th April and eta in Luanda on 20th April.
